What this tool does
You enter a fiscal year end and a filer status; the tool computes every 10-K, 10-Q, and proxy deadline for the next 15 months. It applies your filer-status periods, rolls weekend and holiday dates to the next business day, and shows the Form 12b-25 extension date beside each filing. One click exports the whole set as an .ics file your calendar app subscribes to.
Who it’s for
Controllers and CFOs who inherited the calendar as tribal knowledge: first-year public companies, teams that just changed filer status, and anyone who has ever discovered a deadline by being asked about it.
How to use it. Step by step
- Set your fiscal year end and filer status. Those two facts determine every date that follows.
- Read the table. Each filing shows its period end, due date, a live countdown, and the NT extension date beside it.
- Export the .ics file. Subscribe your team calendar so the dates live where people actually look.
- Re-run when anything changes. A filer-status change moves every deadline; thirty seconds re-builds the set.
How to read the result
Red chips mean the clock is short; the countdown runs against today. The NT date beside each filing is the emergency exit: it exists, it is short, and it has costs, so treat it as information rather than a plan.
Common questions
Are the dates right for my filer status? The tool applies the standard periodic-filing periods for each filer status and rolls dates that land on weekends and federal holidays. For edge cases, transition periods, or a changed year end, verify with counsel before you rely on a date.
Do you store my dates? No. The calendar is computed in your browser. The .ics file is generated locally and downloads straight to you.
