I have spent the last decade in public-company finance. Starting as a contractor to a US-listed company, and the last ten years leading finance and accounting: controllership, SEC reporting, and the technical accounting that has to be right the first time. Along the way I helped raise and structure $50M+ in registered offerings and private placements, and went through every audit-committee cycle with zero restatements, zero late filings, and zero audit qualifications.
I started Unfolding Values because founders and CFOs kept calling for exactly this. Senior public-company finance work, without a full-time hire or Big 4 rates. So I built it as a firm around a standard, not a personality: the same four-gate method on every file, documented so the quality holds up no matter who runs it. That's deliberate. Unfolding Values is meant to grow beyond me and outlast any one desk, mine included.
