One email address, two short reminders per filing, nothing else, ever. This page explains exactly what you are signing up for.

What this tool does

You give an email address, your fiscal year end, and your filer status. The service schedules two reminders per filing: a two-week heads-up and a three-day final call, for every 10-K, 10-Q, and proxy in the next 15 months. There is no dashboard to remember to check; the deadline arrives in your inbox before it is a problem.

Who it’s for

Small teams with no dedicated compliance-calendar owner, and anyone who has watched a deadline sneak up during a close.

How to use it. Step by step

  1. Enter your email and profile. Fiscal year end plus filer status is all the math needs.
  2. Confirm the schedule on screen. You see every reminder and its send date before anything is saved.
  3. Receive two nudges per filing. Fourteen days out, then three days out. Short, factual, no marketing.
  4. Update if your status changes. Re-run with the new profile and the schedule rebuilds.

How to read the result

This is the one tool on the site whose entire product is an email, so it asks for one. That is delivery, not capture: every reminder has an unsubscribe link, and the address is used for nothing else.

Common questions

Is this a mailing list? No. You get deadline reminders for your profile and nothing else. Unsubscribe removes you completely.

What if I have an unusual year end? Enter your actual fiscal year end; the schedule is computed from it. For transition periods, verify the dates with counsel.
